Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Dikt, provided by Jyvin Company (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Dikt, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the software.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for your own purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, or distribute the software.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, no questions asked. Contact support@dikt.app to request a refund.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Use the software for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent license validation
• Share or resell license keys

Cloud transcription, AI cleanup, and Pro proxy features use third-party APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic). Use of these features is subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or accuracy.

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of Dikt is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the software.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of your local jurisdiction.
