Operating System
Windows 10 (64-bit) or later. Windows 11 recommended for best Fluent Design experience.
Runtime
.NET 8 Desktop Runtime. The installer will automatically download and install this if it is not already present on your system.

Network
Internet connection is only required for cloud transcription (OpenAI API), AI cleanup (OpenAI/Anthropic), license activation, and auto-updates. Local Whisper transcription works entirely offline.
