Operating System
Windows 10 (64-bit) or later. Windows 11 recommended for best Fluent Design experience.
Runtime
The .NET runtime is included with Dikt. No separate runtime download or installation is required.

Network
Internet connection is only required for cloud transcription (OpenAI API), AI cleanup (OpenAI/Anthropic), license activation, and auto-updates. Local Whisper transcription works entirely offline.
